Purchased a property while living out of state and Phillip was awesome to work with he even did a video call showing me the work he was doing while I was out of town.  Great to work with very honest and highly recommend for all your septic needs.

We contacted septic connections yesterday due to a full tank that was causing a back up in the house. They were the only ones in area who could get to us, same day. Alex was sent out to us and I can not rave about him enough. He was so nice and knowledgeable. As first time homeowners we were curious of the process so he allowed us to watch and answer any questions we had. He even went above and beyond and helped up answer questions about our drain feild and it's location and gave us advice as we were not doing things properly, resulting in a gunked up septic tank. Did I mention it was dark and raining on him the whole time? He was all around fantastic! We will be using septic connections for all future business!

Just had my septic tank cleaned out by Alex of Septic Connection LLC. I couldn't have been more impressed with his "can do" attitude and perseverance.  He's very knowledgeable,  professional and determined to have his customers completely satisfied with their service. My septic tank was very difficult to locate, I had two previous companies come out and were unable to locate my septic tank. Alex was determined to find it and complete the service.  His diligence in probing , asking pertinent questions in relation to the house's plumbing areas, etc. allowed him to locate the tank and perform the clean out. Septic Connection also has quality machinery and a backhoe on the septic truck which the other companies did not have.  This alone was a time saver and allowed for little disturbance of the septic field area. I would recommend Alex and Septic Connection as your "go to" company for septic service. I wish I had found them the first and second time when looking for service,  but as they say "the third time is the charm" ! Thanks again for a positive experience to Alex and Septic Connection ! I was in an emergency situation and I called to get my septic pumped. They were Johnny on the spot and came that evening. They were professional, friendly, prompt and quick. Problem solved. Septic Connection came out to my house in October 2024 to pump out my septic tank.  The technician did a great job, he located the tank, dug up the cap, emptied the tank and then covered it back up. You could not even see that he had been to the house.  He as also on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

Septic Connections was the most professional, knowledgeable, and full service local septic company. They helped educate us on having a septic system and maintain it properly. As a full service septic contractor, they have the ability to troubleshoot the entire system and install new systems if needed.  They own their equipment. This was our first experience with a septic system. The driver, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable and left the area clean. Alex was on time and very professional.  The owner, Garret, was readily available to answer any questions. They were a little higher cost than others but their knowledge and education was worth it to us. We wanted a one stop shop for the full range of services and not a broker of services.  We also wanted a service that would not try to sell us a complete new septic system. Thanks to Alex and the entire team.

Little did I know that a blind google search would lead me to the best man for the job! Philip was prompt to check out my problem and was able to do everything to get my system fully operational again. In one day I got a whole new drain field and the job site all cleaned up. a month ago- Let me start off by saying I grew up around these guys and their dad grew nothing less than hard, dedicated working men. Phillip was prompt to respond to my request to quote.  Him and his brother Brent came out to evaluate my install site and went into great detail on their approach along with answering my thousands of questions. When time came to do the install Brent was very responsive on when he planned on being here. Throughout the install there were several occasions where Brent stopped to call me when there was a change in plans vs. where some contractors just do the modifications without your consent knowing you’re kind of stuck at that point. These guys were nothing but supportive of their clients. For example Brent called just to ask if he could take out a few tree limbs if need be for the septic truck to fit. It’s the simple considerations like this that make these guys better than the competition. Upon completion, the site was left clean with nothing but a smoothed out dig site where the install took place. They were in and out in 2 full days and that was with Brent doing it by himself. When his help is there I can only imagine how quick they can do an install. On top of all that they use local sources from Upsate SC to acquire their materials. Meaning they have a quicker turnaround. If you’re looking for an awesome septic team, go with Septic Connection. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys!
